Block and Bud, a fantastic combination!

I discovered Block Therapy while searching YouTube videos about fascia. It has been a delightful trip down the rabbit hole of fascia, emotions and breath! More effective than foam rolling, it activates your parasympathetic nervous system by using long exhales and slow pressure. I mean really, really, really slow exhales.

Deeana Hansen and Quinn Castelane of Block Therapy have created a fabulous program that introduces you slowly and gently to the idea that laying on a block of wood can reduce your pain. Who knew?

Block Therapy is a way of seeking out the fascial restrictions which are the cause of your pain, and at the same time, releasing the tight, painful adhesions. I found it to be a gentle process which requires my breath, patience, loving attention and trust. My body loved it!
